At Michael Jones Jeweller, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom-engraved pieces are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original presentation box and pack it inside a secure shipping carton with all original certificates and warranty cards.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier point; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop confirms the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
